外企头条：新加坡企业接连表态看好中国

新加坡房地产商凯德集团26日发布了2019年度财报，财报显示中国市场仍然是主要收入来源。截至去年年底，凯德集团在中国的管理资产规模达到2700亿元，占集团总管理资产的41%。凯德集团总裁表示，中国是集团最重要的市场之一，也是集团业务创新的前沿阵地和试验场。

除此之外，新加坡时尚品牌Charles & Keith也对中国市场表露了坚定信心，并特别强调，相信中国的疫情防控将能把疫情对经济的影响降到最低。

此番表述并非个例，正如新加坡企业发展局27日所言，新加坡企业始终对中国经济感到乐观！将继续深耕中国市场。

雷格斯近日发布郊区经济研究表明，随着越来越多的灵活办公空间分布在市中心和商业区外，较长的通勤时间及污染环境的通勤方式正逐渐成为过去时。

The Suburban Economic Study commissioned by Regus shows that as co-working spaces are increasingly located outside of major city centers and business districts， lengthy and environmentally damaging commutes are becoming a thing of the past。

研究显示，随着大城市以外地区灵活工作制的爆发式增长，至2029年，“市郊”办公空间可减少的碳排放量相当于每年1280次伦敦往返纽约航程的排放量。

New research also reveals that， by 2029， ‘outer city’ office spaces will reduce carbon emissions by the equivalent of 1,280 transatlantic flights between London and New York each year。

这意味着仅仅通过在离家更近的办公地点工作，可使得每年进入大气层的碳减少2560000公吨。

Thats 2,560,000 metric tons of carbon stopped from entering the atmosphere annually， just by working nearer to home。

通过让人们在离家更近的地方工作，一个当地办公空间平均每年可为员工节省7416小时的通勤时间，相当于每个中心每年减少118公吨碳排放。

By allowing people to work closer to home， a local office space will save workers an average of 7,416 hours per year in reduced commuting times， equating to a reduction of 118 metric tons of carbon emissions per center， per year。

雷格斯母公司IWG集团中国区总裁胡懋表示， “通勤往往使人感到不适，对家住较远的员工来说，通勤更是非常耗时，同时这也是全球污染的一大来源。在这个保护环境、人人有责的时代，每天到大城市通勤显得越来越过时了。”

Finland-based Stora Enso Oyj recently released its 2019 annual report， which includes four parts: Strategy， Sustainability， Financials and Governance。

Air New Zealand Unveils Economy-Class Sleeping Pods

据外媒报道，根据奥克兰一家航空公司的200多名客户的意见，经过三年的研发和测试，新西兰航空公司于2月26日为“经济型空中之屋”申请了专利和商标。

On February 26， the airline filed patent and trademark applications for the “Economy Skynest” -- the result of three years of research， development and testing based on input from more than 200 customers at a hanger in Auckland。

根据新西兰航空公司的公告，“经济舱空中之屋”将由6张可完全平躺的单人床舱位组成，其位于飞机内的确切位置还有待确认。

According to Air New Zealands announcement， the Skynest will consist of six full-length lie-flat sleep pods in the Economy cabin。 The exact location within the aircraft is yet to be confirmed。
